This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which products purchased from Vital Guard Pharma LLC may be returned. All returns are subject to prior approval and must comply with the requirements set forth below. Due to the nature of medical and healthcare products, certain items may not be eligible for return under any circumstances.

2. Return Authorization Requirement

All returns require prior written authorization from Vital Guard Pharma LLC.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued before any products are sent back
  • Returns sent without a valid RMA number may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense

3. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • Products are unopened, unused, and in their original manufacturer packaging
  • Products are in resalable condition with no damage, markings, or missing components
  • Products were not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or improper storage

⚠ Eligibility for return is determined at the sole discretion of Vital Guard Pharma LLC.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless otherwise approved in writing by Vital Guard Pharma LLC:

  • Opened or used medical supplies of any kind
  • Products with broken, damaged, or missing seals
  • Sterile or single-use items
  • Prescription or regulated products where applicable
  • Temperature-sensitive or cold-chain products
  • Special-order or custom-configured products
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at time of purchase
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
  • Products not purchased directly from Vital Guard Pharma LLC

5. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee as follows:

  • Standard restocking fee: 20% of the original product invoice value
  • Fees may vary based on product type, condition, or reason for return
  • All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable regardless of return outcome

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the direct result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product)
  • All returned items must be shipped using a trackable, insured shipping method
  • Risk of loss during return transit remains with the customer until items are received and inspected
  • Do not ship returns without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please take the following steps:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of confirmed delivery
  • Provide your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect items, and packaging
  • Do not dispose of, use, or return any products until you have received instructions from our team

We will evaluate each case and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, account credit, or refund at our discretion.

8. Inspection and Processing

  • All returned items are subject to full inspection upon receipt at our facility
  • Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee final approval of credit or refund
  • Inspection and processing may take up to 7 business days after receipt of returned items
  • We will notify you of the outcome once the inspection is complete

9. Credits and Refunds

  • Approved returns will result in a credit applied to your Vital Guard Pharma LLC account or original payment method, at our discretion
  • Credits and refunds will exclude any shipping charges, handling fees, and applicable restocking fees
  • Account credits do not expire and may be applied to future orders
  • Refunds to original payment methods may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your financial institution

10. Cancellations

  • Order cancellations must be requested before the order has been processed for shipment
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process
  • Special-order or custom items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed and confirmed
